**Job Description:**As the Business Manager/Partner, you will be pivotal in launching, managing, and scaling our operations. This is not just a managerial role; you will be a key player with an ownership stake. You will craft strategic plans, spearhead marketing efforts, manage daily operations, and lead recruitment to drive our business from the ground up.

**Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement strategic business plans to foster growth, profitability, and scalability.- Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery that meets the high standards of our clientele.- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a skilled mechanic team.- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Cultivate strong B2B relationships to secure long-term service contracts.- Implement marketing and sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Qualifications:**- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the automotive, mechanical, or related fields.- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with experience in a startup or as a business owner highly desirable.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to develop and maintain high-level B2B relationships.- Technical knowledge of fleet management and mechanic services is a plus.- Ready to commit full-time with the drive to take ownership and lead a growing business.
